Background
Transformers: Reactivate was announced at the 2022 Game Awards as a third‑person online action game developed by Splash Damage. The project aimed to shift from a free‑to‑play model to a single‑player campaign with co‑op, but faced multiple delays and was canceled in January 2025.
After the cancellation, gameplay footage surfaced online, including a clip of Bumblebee in action. A more complete trailer was later leaked on X on October 26, 2026, revealing combat in New York, Nevada desert, and Cybertron.

Our read of the evidence
Mostly unverified. No primary source has confirmed the trailer or the game's status; all three timeline events rest solely on reports from insider-gaming.com and comicbook.com. The leak's authenticity and the developer's position remain unverified pending any official statement or direct evidence.
Our rating counts evidence, not opinions about anyone: events confirmed by a primary source (the person's own post, their official site, a court or government record) weigh most, then how many independent outlets report the story.
